We work with participants to help them find an entry-level job in 1-3 months!
The Bridges to Work (BTW) Program aims to support immigrant jobseekers facing urgent economic needs and system barriers, such as limited English proficiency and unfamiliarity with the U.S. workforce.
You Will Receive:
- Introductions to job fairs and local employers in the food and beverage, manufacturing, and hospitality industries.
- A customized training schedule that offers workshops on Job Search Strategies, Resume-Writing, Interview Practice, U.S. Work Culture, Workers’ Rights, and Understanding Paystubs
- Individualized coaching and job application support
Program Requirements:
- You must live in Philadelphia
- You must have US work authorization
- You speak basic conversational English
- You are looking for immediate full-time employment
- You are open to any type of entry-level job
